Website Strategy - The VASA Framework

Businesses building a website for the first time, or rebuilding because the current site is not earning its place.

A discovery session, not a build engagement. The goal is to define what the website is actually supposed to do - for whom, against which decisions, with what measurable obligations. The VASA Framework structures the conversation across four pillars in sequence: Visibility (Get Seen), Authority (Be Trusted), Sales (Convert), and Analytics (Improve) - with Analytics looping back into Visibility.

A small, strategically-built site with a high conversion rate outperforms a large site without a strategic foundation. Most websites fail before the first design file because nobody asked what the site was supposed to earn. We do that asking first.

If a session ends and you want to continue working together, the next step is decided then, not before. Most calls end with a clear next action; some end with a recommendation to not proceed.
